I like variety. I love charcoal grilled food but also enjoy gas grilled.. different flavor profiles.. microwaving produces the least cancerous compounds... for example microwaving skinless boneless frozen chicken... why limit oneself?

Cast-iron frying pan is my go-to cooking device. Close second is my cheapo crockpot.
