Mayo and saltines is delicious. My mother used to eat it a lot when I was a kid and I thought it was disgusting until I tried it. Good stuff!

When I was pregnant with my first child, we were always going to Nashville Predators games where the funnel cakes always smell so good. So my weird food habit started with a craving for funnel cakes and nachos, but turned into a strange combination of funnel cake with jalapeno peppers. Cannot eat one without the other now!

I love grease and I put it on my meat. Like you know that yellow grease you get after frying a pork chop? I pour that on the meat.

I dont know if I will it direct on the meat but I will mix it into gravy I serve on pork chops.

I cook bacon first before the eggs pour off the extra grease and cook my eggs in it or use it in sawmill gravy.

Using the grease and juices in the gravy is just normal, so is using fat to fry other foods. Practicing Jews use animal fat instead of butter to cook meat because kosher law states that meat and milk can't be mixed.
