I cook bacon on my griddle and it doesn't splatter everywhere. I usually only have time to make it on the weekends though. I love bacon - both the smell and the taste. There is nothing like really delicious bacon.
I don't eat it like I use to I use to buy the pork bellies and smoke them myself,,,then cut it super thick and grill it- smell up the whole neighborhood
bacon is good with veggies,,, it hides the veggie flavors (only way I can eat cauliflower) or turnip
