I will be having bacon tonight. I think I will be making a shrimp pasta in a cream sauce with bacon bits. I'm excited! Especially about the bacon!

Wink Bacon-Helper!

For a self-basting roast bird, cover the breast of your next Cornish game hen, chicken, or turkey with several strips of bacon. As the bird bakes the bacon fat renders, leaving you with several nice pieces of crispy bacon and a well browned very tasty bird. YUM!

Archie McPhee is da bomb. My niece and nephew get gifts from Archie McPhee for every occasion!

There also are bacon bandages (not scented, I don't think!) and other fun stuff.
