[[b][i]QUOTE=tlb71;2415632]All things bacon! Do you love it like I do and if so, how do you prefer to eat it?[/I

That's why so many foods fried in bacon fat are so good.

Green beans are excellent with bacon fat.

The only time bacon is bad, is when there is no bacon! I like bacon anything, but it has to be fried crisp, not soggy and undercooked-yuck-

Well while we're on the subject..... What brand do you think is the best? It always seems like my mom can always find the best bacon and I never can. Although I've never asked her, I know she gets it at Costco (I think she lives in that store, she's so addicted). I like thick yummy peppered bacon as I've said before. I shop at Publix usually and even if it says thick cut, it's still never as good as hers. Hm, maybe I'm cooking it wrong? I dunno.

great picture!

When I want really good bacon I head to Whole Foods market. They have the thick kind, but it is expensive.
Most of the time I buy Hormel.

Well expense doesn't really bother since I am an indulgent type of person! I'll have to try Hormel's too.
