Didn't work out too well with bacon instead of prosciutto cause the bacon left a lot of grease and of course wasn't cooked enough to eat. But the chicken and spinach was very good. Next time I won't even both with any kind of ham...just chicken, spinach, herbs and cheese. Should be just as good.

Sunday night supper was crispy baked chicken thighs, confetti macaroni salad, steamed cauliflower, and fresh bread.

Tonight's was just mac salad. I didn't move enough, studying all day, to deserve any calories.

Tonight it is baked chicken with roasted veggies and a big green salad, with cottage cheese added. Nothing fancy just very good.

It's beef/pork burgers. They will be loaded up with sauteed onion & mushrooms and then topped with cheese.

Did I mention the pretzel buns?
