I am going to grill a chicken, with corn on the cob, baked bbq beans, sweet tea and for dessert chocolate chip ice cream.

Tonight ...homemade chili and pinto beans w/cornbread. Cinnamon rolls for dessert. It's chilly here....again.

Well my DP told me.....to stop and pick up some nice thick steaks for supper...so forget about the chicken Kiev.

first meatless meal of the week

mac and cheese with 4 different cheeses
fresh green beans with toasted almonds
twice baked sweet potatoes
salad of romaine lettuce, ripe pear, blueberries, candied walnuts, avocado and homemade blue cheese dressing
decaf iced tea
no dessert cause I'm thinking of putting some marshmallows on the baked sweet potatoes

Italian sausage hoagies, confetti mac salad, and green salad or broccoli.

Tonight it will be flank steaks in a mushroom and wine sauce, oven fries, Tex-Mex salad and the remainder of the apple walnut cake for dessert.

Its cold and we are supposed to get more snow tonight.....so chili and cornbread sound good

Vegetable fried rice one of my favorite's to make, in addition to that hubby will have oven roasted chicken thighs. No meat for me.
