Ate out again. Had fried green tomatos and a grilled marlin steak. The marlin was overcooked, but that's typical in Montana. Rare beef and overcooked fish. Sigh..
We both had a huge fruit salad. Hubs was still hungry, though, so he ate a big bowl of cereal. I'm still kinda hungry, too, so I might make a sandwich in a little bit lol
Tonight we have fish curry with basmati rice and a spinach salad and lassi/lemon water to drink. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
( I use tilapia fish)
Haven't had seafood in awhile. Going to stop by a fish market later and pick up whatever fish looks good. Hopefully trigger. Most likely will do the en papilotte method with lemon, garlic, Greek olives and paper thin zucchini. Will serve couscous with herbs alongside.
We are having marinated Cod, left over cabbage and potatoes from St Patty's day and something else but I don't know what; probably cottage cheese with diced veggies in it.
We're dinning out, and going to a fish fry at the Eagles in town. The Eagles has "the best" fish fry dinner in our city!
For $9.00 it's an all you can eat buffet, which includes... pan fried and deep fried cod, baked fish, shrimp, smelt, imitation crab, fries, beans, plus they usually have 4 different kinds of salads, a special entrée each week, also a desert bar, bread pudding, dinner rolls, milk, coffee, and tropical punch.
