Finished the last of the garlic pork with fried rice. Also had the cucumber and mango salad once again.

Leftover roasted chicken became chicken burritos. I made a slaw dressed with oil, vinegar, and garlic to go inside too.

The Mr. is making the traditional Sunday sauce and meatballs. I'm going to make zucchini cutlets for myself and whoever wants some.

Mr. CSD is gone so I may just boil some potatoes and have a couple of those and a salad.

Had a late brunch today as my sis was coming by "sometime this morning" which ended being around 12.

Enjoyed a large omelette with onions and sharp cheese. Made some sausage links and patties. Also made home fries from red
potatoes with some jazz to em. Also scali bread as toast with plenty of butter. OJ to drink.

I'm full and maybe a snack or later.
