The Mr. decided that he is reinstituting his big Italian Sunday dinners... so he's cooking tonight while I enjoy too much wine and not enough cheese

A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted slices of stone ground whole wheat bread with strawberry preserves and a mug of black tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Simple dinner tonight. Tortellini in pesto sauce with sautéed zucchini on the side. Whatever bread looks good in the bakery at the store when I pick up rest of kids tonight.

Since it's a huge package of tortellini and getting an extra loaf of bread, I am making the rest into a pasta/bread salad for the next few days with fresh mozz and tomatoes.

I'm going to finish the spinach & cheese tortellini I made last night with a bowl of tomato soup. If I'm still hungry, I'll microwave a sweet potato with a little butter and brown sugar for dessert.
