I'm popping a Nutrisystem margherita pizza in the microwave and having a big spinach salad. Melon and strawberries for dessert and a nice cold bottle of Evian to drink. Happy Friday all!

I know we are having Salmon, that is a start. Other than that I am not sure; probably coucous as well. From there who knows? It might be cold slaw, it might be green salad or it might just be a veggie. Not to put a damper on this fun thread, but right now spoiled brat and our older daughter are the vets, putting our beloved Shih Tzu down. It is really pretty hard for me to even think much about what we will have for dinner.

Tonight we're having tilapia broiled with lemon/butter/chives and white wine, mashed potatoes topped with the lemon/butter sauce, Hawaiian rolls, pineapple coleslaw, a couple of bottles of Asti and the remainder of the apple cheesecake.
