Sliced bratwurst covered in barbecue sauce as well as sides of sauteed broccolini, brown rice and a small handful of red seedless grapes.

We got a small boneless pork roast so I marinated it for 24 hours in coke, garlic, thyme, brown sugar, catsup, and a bunch of other stuff (recipe from Taste of Home). We grilled it tonight...we had high hopes.

It was awful. I hate it when we spend all that time and money and the results are average or below. It was just a piece of pork with a little tang. We had expected a WOW

You get "good" from seasoning, you get "wow" from technique. A slower cooking method would have probably yielded better results.
