We had small venison steaks broiled with a light sprinkle of bleu cheese and seasoning. It was served with couscous and a spinach salad.

Pizza buffet...yum. I love their salad bar; I had 2 huge salads, a slice of pepperoni pizza and a slice of ham and pineapple. Nom nom nom.

ETA: I ate at Pizza Village, which isn't a national chain, but it IS scrumptious.

Pot roast with lots of veggies, egg noodles, spinach salad. Time to tackle the freezer

I was up almost all night with my eight year old. Consequently, although, he doesn't know it yet, my husband is cooking dinner tonight. I am going to ask him to make eggs benedict with a fruit salad. This is one of his specialties, it's so good!

Being back I feel lazy to cook again...tonight a big pot of green lentil soup with parsley chapatis,homemade yogurt and lassi and for dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

I think it will be a meat loaf with rice and veggie.....could change but I defrosted the grd beef....so either meatloaf or meat balls.
