Cleaning out the odds & ends. Probably making a spinach & feta omelet and roasting the one sweet potato on hand.

Made a large eggplant parm that I am hoping will last at least two days. A salad and garlic bread.

A nice fruit salad with melons, berries and grapes - and some home made whipped cream.

Have a good weekend guys!

Tonight is grilled swordfish with mango salsa. Sides will be corn on the cob and rice pilaf.
Happy Friday!

Leftovers tonight as I am cleaning out the fridge. Hot roast beef sandwiches with a hot pepper sauce, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green beans. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. No dessert unless someone wants the root beer float ice cream, which does not seem to be very popular around here.

I'm not buying this.

But you are funny. Do duck eggs taste different from chicken eggs? Never had them. My guess is that they would be more "gamey".

A rib eye, crash hot potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. I didn't eat the potato, but I was tempted....crispy and greasy is my downfall.

Chili dogs, onion rings, french fries, and apple pie.

Yeah, probably not going to win any awards for high nutritional content. LOL!

For us, with zucchini - yes, we are experiencing the deluge. And these sound so good!

I can't complain.Zucchini boats stuffed with what ever you like, zucchini and pasta, zucchini bread, muffins or burgers! What a versatile vegetable!

Zucchini parm is also a possibility. Very good!

Enjoy the wonderful harvest of late Summer.
