I have been slacking on cooking but it's time to get back into it. So tonight is brined, honey glazed, grilled pork chops, a garden salad and I made the potato salad on the back of a jar of Dukes Mayonnaise.
Roasted Cornish Game Hen stuffed with celery, onion, garlic and bell pepper. I'll check back and see what ideas you all give me for the other categories and then see what I can throw together for tonight's dinner.
