There was a dish my Mom used to make when we were growing up. I decided to make it today. I make a pot of rotini pasta. In a frying pan I chop up onion and fry it with bacon, also cut up. Once that's cooked, I add 2-3 cans of whole tomatoes in the juice, but I cut them up and take off the ends. Mix that with the pasta once drained. Sprinkle Romano cheese on top. It's yummy. DS made pumpkin bread too!
