I had a big fat corn on the cob cooked in the microwave. After cooking I wrapped it up in foil and let it steam for a while.

Tonight we had sandwiches. I had baked Virginia ham, DS had turkey pastrami and we both had deviled egg potato salad. We had vanilla cokes to drink. Halloween Oreos for dessert.

Chicken teriyaki bowl from the new Japanese fast food place near my home. Every Tuesday is a buy one/get one free special on the chicken bowls, so I had one for dinner tonight and will save the other one for tomorrow night. Iced tea to drink.

Wednesday: homemade turkey taco chili soup, made with ground turkey, fat free spicy refried beans, rotel, can of kernel corn, chili seasoning, chicken broth, 4 oz can tomato sauce, topped with Mexican shredded cheese. Tostito's to drip. Homemade low fat peanut butter pie for dessert.

I offered rib eye and SO wants hamburgers. So be it. A big green salad and peach crumb cake for desert. Cheap cold beer!

I forgot to put in the recipe above 1 can of chick peas! I'm having brain fog today!
