A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 lightly toasted slice whole grain/wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of tea with a bit of nonfat milk & a teaspoon of sugar.
Friday night was Rotisserie chicken from a local favorite place, we had sides of mashed potato's, creamed spinach and mac and cheese. My mom was over for the weekend. Last night was a mish mosh of leftovers from the night before. Tonight is pizza take out. It's cold here about 50 degrees.
DH prepared beef tips with carrots and green beans in an onion gravy over rice.
