My husband started the charcoal chimney (thanks honey!) before he left around 4:30ish this morning. I got up when he left and took over the smoker. Well it's not etched in stone yet, but it's possible it will be hot Italian roast beef open faced sandwiches with gravy, mashed potatoes and a vegetable or it will be good Mexican food. My daughter is celebrating her birthday with friends tonight. We will celebrate mine and hers tomorrow. That means 2 cakes too! Anybody in the mood for cake? Let me know!
