New England clam chowder served in sourdough bread bowls. The salad that I made yesterday with Belgian Endive, Romaine, dried cranberries and Gorganzola cheese etc. (better the next day)

I'm feeling fairly lazy this evening. Dinner will be: an antipasto meat and cheese platter, shrimp foil packets for the grill (shrimp, mini corn, potatoes) and a bottle or two of Veuve.
