Well we have a blizzard still going on about 2 1/2 feet. Making pan fried chicken cutlets, jasmine rice.
We are in the middle of that blizzard too! Isn't it beautiful?
There is nothing like grilling in this weather. So tonight we are going to grill up cheeseburgers and serve with a choice of lettuce, tomato, pickles, avocados, red onions and whatever condiments they would like.

I have ground beef thawed that I didn't use last night.....I think it will be spaghetti with meat sauce for supper.....I don't have any bread crumbs so cant make meat balls, unless I wait and go out later for bread crumbs.
Oh I forgot....I have chicken wings marinating in a hoisin bbq sauce I saw on line.....so tonight will be chicken wings....I will make the spaghetti sauce and hold it over for tomorrow....(better the next day anyway).
It is cold outside,brrr...perfect to make for tonight Vegetarian Moroccan Stew.This is the recipe I will use,had saved it as a bookmark.With it lassi to drink and a clementine for dessert.
Turkey bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwiches on whole wheat toast. And don't forget the Miracle Whip!
Without it, it just isn't a sandwich!
I used to feel that way about MW....but have gotten out of it in favor of Dukes Mayo; I tried to go back to MW...but my taste had changed (I am not a MW hater however....I like it for deviled eggs and a little with mayo in my potato salad).
