Sunday's leftovers just got proclaimed the "best food ever!" I guess I finally figured out how to reheat roast properly. (thick sliced, 300 oven, water/gravy mixture 1/4" up the side of small casserole pan, covered with foil for 15 mins)
Pork loin roast slices, gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, and a bit of cranberry sauce.
Tonight grilled cheese toast with tomato soup and a spoon of sour creme and a bit of basil. For dessert apple sauce and cranberry compote with a few spoons of vanilla sauce. Later a cup of Darjeeling tea.
