I had to run up to Mount Snow in Vermont this morning. It's not that far, maybe an hour and forty five minutes, and the whole family went for the ride. Getting my ducks in a row for ski season. CAN NOT WAIT!! Any who we stopped for lunch, pizza for the kids, cheeseburger subs for us and fries with cheese, bacon and jalapenos for all. Tons of leftovers, I only ate a quarter of my sub, my husband half his and lots of pizza left. So we will pick at leftovers for dinner.
Happy Sunday!!

Let us know your thoughts on it.

I've got a couple of massive porkchops that were in the markdown section, so I need to cook them tonight. Will have them with sauteed mustard greens with apple and some baby taters in butter/parsley.
