Since I never got to make myself a sub last night (I took an allergy pill, had a glass of wine while watching the world's longest football game, and promptly conked out on the couch until bed time) I will have one today. Probably pretty soon, actually. I'm HUNGRY!

DD just made a huge pot of taco chili soup with cornbread. YUMMY! Great fall weather food. The recipe for the soup is 2 lbs ground turkey browned, chicken broth ( enough to make it soupy) 1 can spicy refried beans, 1 can whole corn, 4oz tomato sauce, 1 can chick peas, 1 can spicy rotel, 1 package of taco seasoning. Top with shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese. She won't tell me the corn bread recipe..:-(
