I am ashamed and I am remorseful (not really) but I am eating it right now. Big Mac, no lettuce, extra sauce and cheese, and a small fry. I needed it. Husband wanted a large fry, and he made himself a Rueben while I did the McDonald's run so that's what he is having.
Maybe tomorrow I'll cook. I just wasn't up to it today. Plus the weather is about to turn nasty - so I can just veg out tonight. That's always a good thing.
Tonight we're having Italian chicken rolls with a spicy basil and tomato sauce, garlic/cheese/bacon potato patties, a salad with avocado, cukes, tomatoes and mozzarella and homemade butter cookies with ice cream for dessert.
A cup of clam chowder, meat loaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, a salad with spicy ranch dressing, and a warm baguette.
