Salmon filet for hubby. We will both have roasted veggies, carrots, onions, garlic, butternut squash and potatoes. I am also having a spinach Knish.

One and half sandwiches made with whole grain/wheat bread & chunk white albacore tuna mixed with light mayonnaise and a glass of cranberry juice.

Oven baked Lake Erie Walleye, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, braised red cabbage with apples. Horseradish pickles. A good local IPA.

Pears crisp with whipped cream.

My husband had Walleye when we were in Ohio a few years back and he really enjoyed it. Can't get that here. I'd like your recipe for pear Crisp.

Tonight we'll have salisbury steak meatballs with gravy over mashed potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, soft bread sticks and a bottle of pinot noir (I'll splash a little in the gravy), but I'm not up to any dessert.
