DH and I took a blue grass brunch class this afternoon so our dinner is what we made. Homemade biscuits and sausage gravy (we did our own sausage blend); peach, blueberry, and pecan cobbler with a bourbon glaze; and a beautiful salad with a honey vinaigrette.

We'll be having leftovers from Wednesday's Indian dinner while watching the Jeopardy championship. The third night in a row. And the last! But it's still tasty.

One nice thing about Indian food like lentil soup one can eat it for a whole week and it still taste delicious.I found it does not loose any flavor.

I've caught a case of the crud (head cold) so it's Chinese take-out hot & sour soup for me and some ginger tea.
