Grilling pork chops, making mashed potatoes with country gravy, grilled corn on the cob, home made biscuits with a salad and ice tea. Dessert carrot cake.
Had plans to make a spinach and onion omelet with toast for both of us but hubby called and someone ran a light hit his truck and he is waiting for cops to come and since he works 40 minutes away he may not get home until 7 pm. He's usually home by 5:30. He's ok BTW just ticked off.
