What's For Dinner Tonight? - 2015 (marinade, dip, family, restaurant)

I made a chicken casserole with cut-up chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, chopped broccoli, garlic, wild rice and a white sauce. Topped it with buttered bread crumbs and served with a green salad and bread sticks.

I made vermicelli noodles. Turned out very tasty. I have some leftovers, so anybody want to try it out .

Sliced sausage in barbecue sauce, brown rice and sauteed bok choy. Chilled bottle of water to drink.

It's Friday, January 30th which means tonight is 30 cent night at our club!!!! 30 cent alcoholic beverages and 30 cent selected sandwiches/fries. My husband comes home this afternoon after being away for work since Wednesday morning. I will make one of our favourites, lamb kheema with naan. I might make a cucumber tomato raita but I am undecided at this moment.

Dinner is at my SIL's so not sure what she is making. We are celebrating my MIL's 75th birthday which was on the 27th.

I bought him a box of mint Klondike bars AND a box of those ice cream drumstick things. He's a freak about those things.
