I made a chicken casserole with cut-up chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, chopped broccoli, garlic, wild rice and a white sauce. Topped it with buttered bread crumbs and served with a green salad and bread sticks.

I made vermicelli noodles. Turned out very tasty. I have some leftovers, so anybody want to try it out .

Rice vermicelli - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In exchange, I'd like some dessert. Who is up for the offer.

Last night we enjoyed 30 cent chili dogs, sloppy joes, macaroni salad, and fries. I warmed myself up wth 30 cent shots of Imperial whiskey. Youngest daughter had 30 cent Watermelon Pucker shots.

My husband comes home this afternoon after being away for work since Wednesday morning. I will make one of our favourites, lamb kheema with naan. I might make a cucumber tomato raita but I am undecided at this moment.
