We had an early dinner since we went to see Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas show tonight. So, dinner was leftover chicken Florentine that I spiced up and served over rice.

Dessert is hot chocolate and pizzelles.

I had two eggs and two pieces of toast but I gave Walter (the dog) about 3/4 of one of the pieces of toast.

Tuesday: have to food shop and do last minute errands, so tonight will be Jersey Mike subs. Christmas Eve I'm doing finger foods, Christmas Day, homemade ziti with a tray of meatballs and sausage, salad, bread. Wine and Christmas cookies. I was thinking loin of pork, but the kids would rather Italian. Merry Christmas everybody!!
