Garlic Knots for an appetizer, A Chicago deep dish pizza pie, a New York Pie, the deep dish would have meat, and the new york pie wouldn't. Then I would have some fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, prosciutto and peas with those pizzas. To Drink, 64 Ounces of diet mountain dew. For Dessert I'd have an assortment of 10 krispy kreme donuts and a Caramel Cream Venti Frappucino with as much whipped cream as physically possible to consume.

I would start with a strong Pina Colada. Appetizer would be shrimp coctail. I would then have a good salad with ranch dressing. Then prime rib, medium rare, a baked potato with sour cream, butter and chives and pepper. Dessert would be Hula Pie from Hawaii.

A bowl of green chili with some Navajo fry bread on the side, eaten outdoors on a sunny day, washed down with a Margarita on the Rocks with salt on the rim to start.

A perfectly-aged and spiced medium-rare barbequed Sirloin Steak and baked potato with all the fixin's for the main meal. Caesar Salad on the side. With a glass of St. Henri's Shiraz.

Old-fashioned, but still my favourite, Crepes Suzette for dessert. With a cappuccino.

A nice warm cognac for afters. And a couple of puffs of a Cuban cigar.

.... and I'd be happy and ready to meet my Maker.
