Mine would be --

dill pickles, falafel, hummus, aloo tikki, port mushrooms, a giant salad with homemade ranch dressing, bean burrito from taco bell (with lots of fire sauce), marinated artichoke hearts, and plenty of guacamole.

Probably more, but now I'm getting hungry and need to go stalk my boyfriend for dinner plans.
Corn, refried beans, cabbage...anything I could think of that I would normally avoid because it gives me nasty defecation problems...

The edible part of the "last meal" is the least of my concerns; I just want to know there's a hacksaw or torch or some explosives W/ detonators inside it I'll stop for chow when I get to the to the "border"......some tacos, a chalupa, a crunchwrap and....oh wait, that's the wrong border.

Default Case's Last Meal Would Be.......

My last meal is something I've always debated, because I have a number of favorites. But I'll pick this:

Texas barbecue --- smoked beef brisket, pork ribs, spicy smoked sausage, potato salad, pinto beans, jambalaya, and some jalapeno cheese bread that I like to get from Goode Company BBQ in Houston. If there's room for dessert, it's blackberry cobbler. To drink, I'll wash it all down with as much Dublin Dr Pepper as I can stand.

And there you are.

And that would be exactly my reason...a final measure of "*********" to the system.
