I would lull myself into a high carb coma. Chicken parm., baked ziti, pizza, red wine, chocolate cake. Ok hit the switch!

Well, I s'pose it'd have to be some type of sushi. Four different types and a Diet Coke.

Scallops with a lemon and saffron beurre blanc with cauliflower puree or pancetta risotto
A whole fresh spider crab with homemade lemon Mayonnaise and fresh walnut bread
A large Fillet steak ( cooked very blue) with a spiced poached pear red wine sauce accompanied by wild mushrooms, pommes dauphinoises and a green salad
Cheese platter with selection of fresh bread ( walnut, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes etc..)
Grand-Marnier Souffle
To drink : Freshly squeezed pear juice
I suspect though the penitentiary would be more likely to serve me burger and fries or chilli con carne ! ( don't get me wrong I love those but I would like my final meal to be very pretty special !
