Some tasty Japanese flavours: red bean paste flavour (my favourite), corn, and fish paste. And of course green tea flavour, that one's actually fairly common and easy to get in my Asian influenced non-US city (Vancouver).
Green tea ice cream is nice, but I loved ginger ice cream when I had it at a Japanese tea room.

Red bean paste and green tea flavored ice cream can also be found at most Thai and Japanese restaurants in NYC.
I was in China a few years ago and a Dairy Queen there was advertising their typical vanilla soft serve - only with broccoli inside of it (actual pieces of broccoli, not broccoli flavor)
