To me, this is what it represents:

I eat red meat about two or the times a month. I've just never been a big meat eater due to taste. When we do have beef, it's thinly sliced tenderloin for pho, stir fry, bulgogi or grilled with red miso. Plus cubed steaks for country fried steaks.

I prefer chicken, pork or ground turkey for everything.

The song that never ends! I'm not sure, but I think it's white red meat. Mom often served leg of lamb at Easter.

Sorry, I didn't answer the question. On average, about twice a week. Sometimes I eat red meat daily and other weeks none at all.

Red meat is my preferred choice. I eat it few times a week. Lamb meat more often than beef. It's healthier than beef too.

Is it? I know it's lean, but once you cook beef and get rid of any noticeable fat, is it that much worse?

Daily. Can't get any better for you than that. No cereal or bread goes in this body. Not very good for you.
