I eat red meat about two or the times a month. I've just never been a big meat eater due to taste. When we do have beef, it's thinly sliced tenderloin for pho, stir fry, bulgogi or grilled with red miso. Plus cubed steaks for country fried steaks.
I prefer chicken, pork or ground turkey for everything.
Daily. Can't get any better for you than that. No cereal or bread goes in this body. Not very good for you.
