Is there a type of texture in food that bothers you enough that you won't eat that food or find it highly disagreeable?

For me it is lumpiness in semi-liquid foods. Thinking about cottage cheese, creamed corn, and tapioca or rice pudding makes me shiver. It's a consistency (or lack thereof) that just is very off-putting to me.

Anybody else have an aversion to a taste texture?

Nope. No texture aversions.

When I was a kid, I couldn't do the texture of onions, either raw or cooked, but I got over it.

Slimy, like eating snails or shellfish. Reminds me of having a cold or sinus infection.

Yes, runny eggs and tofu. And oysters, which Jim Gaffigan accurately refers to as "snot on a rock".

I'm usually pretty good with textures. I actually like different types but one thing I can't handle is the texture of jellyfish and sea cucumber.

I feel the same as you do about rice and tapioca pudding. Even the sight of it gives me the willies. That extends to tofu as well. Yet, for whatever reason, I have NO problem with mushrooms. In fact, I love mushrooms. People tell me "but they have the same texture as the stuff that you hate." Yeah, so what? I'm an enigma who loves mushrooms.

I'm with you on the eggs. When I have sunnyside up eggs, the whites have to be set and I can't do raw oysters or clams. Jim Gaffigan nailed it lol

Runny eggs make me sick just thinking about them
We can also wipe eggplant from the face of the Earth and life would be good.
While i like Oysters fried,in soups, out of a can or po boys i cant eat em raw as they appear to be just big boogers.
Tapioca is something else i dont eat since my Mom used to call them snot balls or fish eyes in glue.
