Creamy/oily - really anything that vaguely reminds me of mayonnaise. I can tolerate creamy/sugary (icing) and creamy/dense (cream cheese) but definitely not creamy/oily.

liver!

When I was a child and liver was more commonly served (and having a mother that liked it), I frequently had to consume this vile so-called food. As bad as its nauseating odor and taste was its texture and indescribable sort of sliminess that lingered like a horror on the tongue for some time afterward.

Thankfully, we are continually progressing towards a better and more liver-free society!

hahahah I actually like liver and onions in gravy.. I prefer it to steak, in fact I cant stand getting fatty bits in steak... but my boaky food has to be the whites of eggs, I hardly eat eggs at all.. and only a boiled egg yolk if boiled for 20 mins, I couldnt think of eating a fried egg ever.... my mum used to eat tripe... and the look and smell of the horrid stuff makes me sick.. another thing she loved was Potted Head.. or Hough...Potted Hough Meat Recipe and Ingredients disgusting Scots food.... anything in jelly is horrible to me..any foods with grizzle in them... or slabbery slimy foods... cant think of putting any shellfish in my mouth. and couldnt eat octupus or squid...or eel... I would live on cheese. tinned tuna, beans and tottie scones, http://www.scottishrecipes.co.uk/pot...nes_recipe.php

For the most part, I prefer my protein cooked. Eggs over-easy, poached - do not appeal to me or does raw oysters. It is partly texture but the thought that it is uncooked that just doesn't work for me. However, occasionally, I will enjoy a nice raw fish sushi.

Veggies that are chopped into large pieces.

Whether its a soup, a salad, a stir-fry, or something else... I like my veggies cut into very small pieces. So for an example, a chopped salad as opposed to a regular salad.

I can't describe why large pieces of veggies bug me so much... but they do.

I can't do slimy. Eggs that aren't cooked hard make me gag. And oatmeal. I don't care what you put in it or on it, it's slimy.

Some things that sound like they would be slimy aren't. I had grilled eel in Japan and it was fine, just another kind of fish. Cooked squid/octopus too...it's rubbery, but not slimy.

Caviar. And I don't care how expensive that crap is. It's like biting in to tiny fish eyeballs that give out a fishy juice. I feel sick writing this.

Refried beans....I'm gagging even typing this out, lol I'm actually really disappointed about it too, as they're fairly healthy and CHEAP CHEAP! Oddly enough, I like the taste, but the texture just flat grosses me out.
