In the winter, I drink a lot of hot tea and in the summer I drink a lot of cold water in between meals.

I am REALLY, REALLY boring! Two cups of coffee between 4 am and usually 10 am. The rest of the day it is unadulterated and Pure (Lake) Michigan tap water. I was raised on it so to me it is in the top two best drinking water there is.

Just plain tap water during the day. No bottled water because I hate the excess waste. I drink some wine in the evening.

Then dh lost his job and money got tight... I started brewing iced tea - then started having issues (apparently, a gallon of iced tea a day, even unsweetened, can hurt your kidneys). DH and the kids have been drinking sugar free generic koolaid - so I made the switch too.

WOW! Sugar free kool aid flavors have certainly come a long way. The kids and hubs prefer fruit punch, but this cherry-pom mix I bought is knocking my socks off!

What do y'all drink all day long? And how much do you drink in liquids each day? I drink about a gallon of liquid a day. (I know that's not typical, but I do phone work which causes dry mouth and am on a medication that acts like a diuretic)
Mainly home brewed green tea (Bigelow's brand) w/artificial sweetener
Filtered water from the tap (I keep a Brita pitcher of it in the fridge...it's icy cold)
Occasionally a diet soda or a diet Crystal Light or something like that.

Thanks for the tip about Kool-Aid. I might give that a try (the sugar free kind).

I rarely buy bottled or containers of beverages any more. Not good for the environment (although I recycle a lot), and it saves money to make it myself.

A lot of water, 3 cups of coffee, 3 cups of green tea or herbal tea, and 2 glasses of wine. I'm working in Peru and they have a drink called chicha Mirada that is considered healthy that I sometimes drink.

A cup of tea in the morning and after that water for the rest of the day. I gave up soda probably twenty years ago and don't miss it at all.

Cold bottled water. Don't do soda. Order water with lemon when eating out and carry it on me when out and about.

I LOVE the taste of Ice Cold water. I drink water all day. I start, though, with a couple cups of coffee, then I'll have ice water with ice from the freezer, and water from my Primo water dispenser. (I love that thing, it was the best investment.)

The days I work, we get free bottled drinks from our drink cooler, so I drink several bottled waters while there.

I never drink soda, unless I have an upset stomach and then *maybe* I'll have some diet coke. (Or unless it's club soda mixed with a little something )
