In generally, people who don't like vegetables and fruits... love meats. They need to know fruits and vegetables are good for the health.

Love fruit! Durian is right though, nasty.
Favorite vegetable is broccoli, cauliflower. Wife is huge fan of peas, not me, but I will eat them.
Only way you can get me to eat mixed veggies is if it's an Asian mix. Love water chestnuts.
Berries? Love blueberries, black berries, and sour raspberries. Love lime in my beer.
Weird about wife, she won't eat fruit, but she will drink fruit juice, fresh squeezed. Says it's a pulp issue. You can get her to eat about any vegetable though, and she eats raw garlic. I know some hate the smell, but I love it.

Asparagus. I got sick shortly after eating it years ago and cannot abide it after that time. Even catching a whiff of it cooking makes my stomach turn.

I know what you mean, I have a friend
that is invited to dinner parties and there will be so many
veggies/salads and he won't put one on his plate ...unless it's Thanksgiving ...then he does
potatoes and yams...nothing green ever.
At Asian buffets...none there either unless batter fried. (I don't care or
ever say anything, of course.)

I must admit I am surprised so many don't like what I consider to be common and
delicious vegetables.
Makes me hope that some buy green powders for their smoothies
to get the benefits of their nutrition.

Costco has a $10, 3 lb bag of Organic Blueberries...each day I have a smoothie with them for the anti-oxidants...I can't even taste the spoonful of Green Powder in it...Wheat grass, alfalfa, broccoli, spirulina, etc..My skin is great, my hair is shiney and healthy...no health issues...
so maybe it's working!
I know my intestines are!

And I love all meat, too!
I was a vegetarian for 15 years, not even baked goods made with eggs!
I feel much better now!

I buy pickled beet salads in jars just to get that rich deep red in me...I have a
mental idea implanted in my brain that all
those rich dark veggies are so healthy for me, forgot, I even have beet powder I must find!! Yay!

Oh, I'm the same way with Southern Comfort...sick once in high school ...that was it for ME!

Another friend of mine is that way with any egg or product like mayonnaise...she will turn her
head at a restaurant if there is a slice of egg on her salad...someone else has to take it off.
Got sick once and that was it for her!

Yeah, Asian mixes seem to be a great way to get that fiber of veggies in us...
love their sauces!

Lime in my beer, too...orange in my Wheat beer or Belgian Wit!
Beer's a vegetable isn't it? I know French fries are...and ketchup!

Green peppers are unripe peppers I was told, so lean toward the red ones...
but gotta have 'em charred on my pepper steak Philly sandwiches.

I grew up being thankful that there was any food at all. I'm still that way.

I grew up as picky as they come..The only veggies I ate were green beans & potatoes.
Now I cannot think of any that I don't enjoy..
