I wouldn't be able to identify varieties, but my grandparents had a peach tree, and Gram would make peach crisp with ripe fruit right off the tree. One of my very favorite things.
I wouldn't use these for anything but eating but these giant-sized, sweet, juicy peaches are pretty good. The only place I have ever bought them is at the MN State Fair. One will fill you up.
