We're not having a party but the 4 of us will be watching the Super Bowl. Go Ravens! I'll probably put out a veggie tray with Laughing Cow cheese wedges and maybe a bowl of popcorn to munch on.

I was waiting for this question: we are not having anyone over this year, probably a fist, as we used to go to huge parties or have them. but, I am having a make believe party: we are going to serve buffalo wings, chips, fresh veggie platter, crackers and cheese and drinks. Just the two of us and we even have a friendly bet (I hope it stays friendly) I am routing for the 49ers, hubby the Ravens. The loser has to clean up the kitchen..

I am hosting a party for all my veg*n friends and family.

I am making fresh salsas, guacamole, and baking chili tortilla chips. I'm also going to bake giant potatoes and serve them topped with fresh herbs and diced red peppers, tomatoes and onions.
