Lucky you!

We are just hanging out at home. I'm in the mood, and we are having this:

salami sandwiches, chips, and ice cold Cokes.

Only a party of 1, and no damn football either.

my mouth is watering at the thought of the Chinese buffet!

We're going to my in-laws where we'll be having a bunch of appetizers and also grilling some burgers. My appetizer contribution is my chickpea salad put into lettuce wraps that I'm currently obsessed with eating.

Everyone's menu sounds delicious! I hope everyone has a great day!

Staying home. Super bowl has never been a big deal with us since we don't like football but that doesn't mean we aren't having super bowl type foods. I am making buffalo chicken wings for hubby, we will also have spinach dip with ritz crackers. I also made a potato, zucchini and tomato casserole. The only thing I like about the super bowl is the commercials.

I go to one of a couple small local pubs for Super Bowl with dishes brought by patrons. One place is bringing out the BBQ smoker for brisket, boudin and some gumbo. I dropped off some veggies and ranch dressing along with flatbread and hummus earlier....(my vegetable group for the week).
