I am so pumped for Sunday -- we will have smoked ribs, pulled pork, bbq chicken thighs, spinach artichoke dip, queso dip, 7 layer dip, tortilla chips, veggie tray, shrimp cocktail, and peanut butter brownies for dessert. And a pony keg!

I seriously think the day after Super Bowl Sunday should be a holiday.....

I will probably go through about a pound of smoked salmon and smoked whale with Ritz crackers, a couple of extra lean moose pastrami sandwiches, and few good beers during the game.

We are having our first Super Bowl party. Hubby told everyone at work about my awesome chili... When he told me I looked at him and said 'What chili recipe?' I rarely make chili and when I do I just kind of take several recipes and make my own - it is never the same.

Geez... wish me luck on this one. The crowd is expecting the best chili ever. Well, if that fails I know the chocolate gooey butter cake will make the night!

Anyone have a killer chili recipe? I'm supposed to just make my roommate's recipe but I'm always open for suggestions too!
