Our Texans weren't involved--but we enjoyed the game. I made wings (spicy hot & Asian sweet), plus we made some tasty "tot-chos". Good game.

First time on along time the game was equal to the party that was given for it.

We truly didn't care who won since we really don't "like" either team.

But that never stopped us from throwing a Superbowl party! We had:

Grilled Thai shrimp (marinated in a spicy sauce) served with peanut sauce (homemade - WOW!)
Chicken wrapped in bacon, marinated in a hot honey sauce, grilled (mmmmmmmmmmmmm!)
Wings
Sausage balls
Cheese dip
Cauliflower balls (yummy)
Stir fried green beans
Assorted cookies - we hit up World Market!
Cream cheese and cherry King Cake - Laissez le bon temps rouler!

It was a really good game.

We had just the family, at my daughters; there were 8 adults, kids and enough food for the whole city of Bella Vista. We took little wieneis (spelling) in an Asian sauce and I took a spinach/artichoke dip with veggies and crackers. Granddaughter number 1, made guacamole, potato dip, buffalo wing dip, and fresh fruit. Granddaughter number 2 had a cheese cake and cookies and our daughter did grilled brats, jalapenos stuffed with cheese, sandwiches (make your own) and chili.

we had a good time but I pooped out at 1/2 time and we headed home. To add to that, we all bought squares and we didn't win a penny. Oh well, another year, another game. I didn't really care which team won, expect I have to be honest, I do like the Hawks coach. I know, I am in the minority, but being an old USC fan is why.
