Try string cheese, good introduction to cheese. Heck it's one of few cheeses I eat. I bet there are some cheeses which their flavors will appeal to you.

Give them a try.

If you want soy, eat edamame.

Also, studies are coming out that soy isn't as good for you as once thought.
"One of the primary reasons it would be wise for you to avoid soy is that more than 90 percent of soybeans grown in the United States are genetically modified. Since the introduction of genetically engineered foods in 1996, we've had an upsurge in low birth weight babies, infertility, and other problems in the U.S., and animal studies have shown devastating effects from genetically engineered soy including allergies, sterility, birth defects, and offspring death rates up to five times higher than normal.

Soybean crops are also heavily sprayed with chemical herbicides, such glyphosate, which a French team of researchers have found to be carcinogenic."

Here's a recipe for you. Try putting a tablespoon of Red Pepper Jam on top of softened cream cheese to eat with your crackers. You can get it at Walmart. Yummy.

I personally get at least half my protein from nuts and/or eggs. If I do choose a cheese it is usually the extra sharp cheddar.

Maybe there is a spread or something that can be put on cheese to make it taste better.
What types have you had? Swiss, sharp cheddars, bleu. Our local cheese shop has a horseradish white cheddar that is anything but bland!

Except.....velveeta is not cheese....it's a cheese spread.

If you're going for cheese, then eat cheese! Not fake plasticky stuff.

How in the world does cheese taste bland? Even Government cheese from the 70's had taste!
