So sometimes when I am home alone I may be too lazy to make something that I really want. I would like to know what are some easy but delicious meals that you like to cook.

If I don't feel like cooking, its hot dogs and a can of beans.. Or a frozen pizza..
I also loved grilled cheese and am not above having a bowl of cereal...

Baked potato with various toppings.

I also keep wholemeal pita in the freezer to whip up veggie pizzas, and premadeburgers and buns for homemade burgers.

In fact those things are pretty much 80% of my diet haha.

Scrambled egg on toast is a good one too.

Tuna melts, omelets, eggs on toast. Quesadillas are great since we always have tortillas, onions and cheese. Lots of stuff made with black beans. Our favorite is probably grilled cheese and tomato soup.

I keep cooked, shredded chicken breast in the freezer. If I don't want to cook anything much, I'll thaw some and put it in tortillas, or make chicken gravy to pour over it and have it with mashed potatoes. It's also good in macaroni and cheese or with a packet of alfredo noodles and sauce.

Steamed clams. There's little preparation, it's quick, and I have an excuse to eat butter.
