Fun thread!

I can't wait until we get to the "Foods that make you sick when you HEAR others eat them" thread. Just the thought of the lip-smacking makes me shiver.

That's what bothers me the most. Though I don't normally care what others eat, the slurping, chomping and smacking bothers me, especially when it's something I don't care to eat.

Have you ever encountered anyone who moans as they chew? I find that a bit disturbing.

No (thankfully), but my boyfriend recently told me about an old friend of his who would hum while he ate. Maybe he thought he was moaning. I don't know. I just know that both of those things would make nuts.

Cereal!! I cannot stand to listen to anyone eat it. I really don't know why it bothers me so much but something about the slurping and crunching grosses me out.

I also can't stand to hear people sucking on crab legs.

I had a former colleague (office-mate) like that, and I nearly had to ask him to leave a few times as it was difficult to concentrate on my own work!

This thread reminds me of the Bernie Mac, orange-eating scene in Bad Santa...

Sometimes, I do not know why I bother to post - it'd be easier to just type "Read what DawnMTL said. We're twins."

Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives tv show. . . when he shoves those greasy disgusting sandwiches or burgers in his mouth. UGH!

Even a plate of mashed potato was annoying if it were my ex husband eating it.
