When I was younger, I wished they had all-day lunch.

This was when a cheeseburger, fries and a coke were my favorite hangover remedy... I remember waiting in the parking lot for them to start selling lunch!

McDonald's breakfast sucks anyway.. lol.. I'd be happy if Hardee's ran breakfast all day.. And they should.. They are likely the best fast food breakfast.. With Bojangles (Who does do all day breakfast) a close second..

Bojangles makes it easy, because they serve chicken and biscuits, so.. All their breakfast requires is frying up an egg or sausage/bacon/chicken patty. Harder for Hardee's because they'd have to keep biscuits ready JUST for someone who might order breakfast.

Works for me. The only thing I really like from McDonald's is their Sausage McMuffin with Egg. It's all I'd get anyway.

Bojangles is good - but I have to drive more than 500 miles to get to one. Guess I'll live with McD's.

Burger King is my breakfast of choice...that $1 egg burrito is the best ...
steaming hot, fresh soft tortilla, cheese, salsa, plus other added stuff...hmmm.
But a hamburger at 9 am .... love that, too.
Yes, lunch all day.

Having just lost 14 lbs...won't be doing that anytime soon, tho.

BK is probably the worst place to go to from a nutrition standpoint. That burrito you mention.. 410 calories.

even their 'healthy' things are horrible.. Tendergrill sandwich is dang near 500 calories. Salads over 400 calories before dressing..

ChickFilA seems to be the healthiest.. They have a great garden salad that is big and only 200 calories pre-dressing. Put the fat free honey mustard on it.. Good stuff.

Rarely do I have fast food, and even rarer is it McDonalds but I did stop in for breakfast a few years ago: yep, it is pretty bad!!!!!!

You might be right about BK, but I am sorry; fast food, no matter how you look at it, for breakfast isn't healthy
and most of us, who do go out for breakfast are not thinking "healthy" Other meals maybe. As for fat free anything, do you realize how much sugar, fat free usually has in it? The flavor comes from somewhere.

Let's just say, your best bet is not to eat fast food; next is to stick with salads and last but not least, go ahead and enjoy an unhealthy but fun and tasty meal once in awhile!!!!!!!!
