My vote goes for Turkey Hill. Their "Graham Slam" is amazing
I won't say there is a 'best", but definitely some excellent brands. Turkey Hill, Green's, Blue Bell are my favorites. I also remember as a kid enjoying Brown's Dairy ice cream which was made in Louisiana I also loved Howard Johnson's and Farrell's ice cream when they were thriving. Someone mentioned Kroger's brand as well. Excellent.

I used to enjoy Edy's, but it's just not the same.

I was never impressed with Ben and Jerry's, Breyer's or Baskin Robbins. I feel BR is way overpriced for the quality.

Coconut Bliss! Welcome to Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss

It's so good, but we don't have it very often because I hear that coconut is very fattening. But we love that it's sweetened with agave (makes a lot of diabetics really happy!), it's organic and fair trade, and it's probably the healthiest ice cream that still tastes like ice cream out there! It's awesome stuff.

They discontinued my all-time favorite flavor, though. Lakshmi Lime!! Boo hooo!

It really is better than Haagen Dazs or B&J's! I was surprised, but we got it when it was on sale, and man is it good. Chocolate and coffee are my favorites, but DH swears on the Praline Pecan..

I like the Cherry Garcia stuff. I think it's a brand....I rarely eat ice cream because I fear getting fat(ter).

too many to chose from, but my favorite ice cream has to be traditional Turkish ice cream, its not too sweet and has a very soft chewy texture, its very unique! Definitely something an ice cream lover should try!
