Haagen Dazs (however you spell it) Creme Brulee. Their Dulce du Leche is good, too. The convenience store we usually stop at on the way to Anchorage or Fairbanks sells little tiny cups of it. I buy one every time, even if it's -30F.
Hot Licks (a Fairbanks creamery) has some amazing ice cream. They have a huckleberry that I love. Tillamook's huckleberry is really good, too.
I still miss Blue Bell's Homestyle Vanilla and Cookies and Cream, though.
I have will power for most food's, but ice cream, ahhh. I love ice cream and sometimes make it from scratch with my Kitchen Aid Mixer (ice cream maker attachment). I first tried the Magnum bars last year and they are sooo good, especially the one with caramel in between dark chocolate, covered with almonds.

Ice cream is indeed king of desserts.
As for flavours. Wow, too many to choose from. Pistachio, Cookies and cream/cookie dough, Caramel, Honeycomb, anything with fudge, double choc, green tea.etc.
Magnums are pretty good, I like the cookies'n'cream and almond ones. Ben and Jerry's is pretty good, as is Movenpick, Haagen Daz, Connoseur.etc. I do like good old Peter's and Streets ice creams like a drumstick, Golden Gaytime (yes, that's what they're called lol), Ice cream sandwich.
